Board Meetings
DHCW holds public board meetings approximately every two months. Minutes are sometimes published as PDFs; some meetings have no published minutes and are available only as YouTube recordings. CareNHS has independently transcribed board meeting recordings using AI speech-to-text and compared the transcripts against published minutes. The comparison reveals that published minutes are systematically sanitised — candid admissions are removed, independent member challenges are softened, and emotional responses are replaced with bureaucratic positivity. The published minutes are produced using Microsoft Co-Pilot (AI) and then edited. Where we cite "published minutes," readers should be aware this is DHCW's curated version. Where we cite "transcript," this is from the original recording.

Annual Reports
DHCW publishes annual reports as required by NHS Wales accounting standards. The reports contain financial statements, staffing data, and performance narratives. Key data is often buried in back-page tables.
