Write to your Member of the Senedd
Ask them: "DHCW is at Level 4 — one step from Special Measures. FOI requests have revealed £49 million in hidden spending. What will this government do?"
The CEO's own answer is already on the public record: "We don't have an ROI on all of our investments." The only figure she could cite: £0.5 million — not cash — in "time savings." Against over £600 million in public funding.
Find your MSs at senedd.wales/find-your-member. Under the new electoral system, you have six MSs for your constituency. You are entitled to write to all of them.
Hold your new MS to account
Wales has a new government. Your MSs made promises. Now demand answers.
Key question: "Digital Health and Care Wales is at Level 4 — Targeted Intervention — the highest level ever applied to a non-health-board NHS body. Every major programme was failing. What will you do to ensure accountability?"

Submit what you know
If you have evidence of failures, waste, misconduct, or the suppression of concerns at DHCW — whether as an employee, contractor, clinician, or member of the public — tell us. Your identity is protected. We will never reveal who you are without your explicit written consent.
