Who Should Contact Us

Whistleblowers and witnesses

If you have evidence of failures, waste, misconduct, or mismanagement at DHCW or across NHS Wales, we want to hear from you. Your identity will be protected — we will never reveal who you are without your explicit written consent. You can submit anonymously if you prefer.

Journalists and media

We are happy to provide background briefings, on-the-record statements, and access to documented evidence for responsible reporting. We respond to media enquiries within 24 hours where possible.

If you are a solicitor, barrister, or legal researcher with expertise in public law, employment law, or misconduct in public office, and you are interested in supporting this work, we welcome your involvement.

Members of the public

If you are a patient, carer, or citizen who has been affected by failures in NHS Wales digital services — or who simply believes that the NHS deserves better leadership — we want to hear from you.

Elected representatives

We engage constructively with Members of the Senedd, local councillors, and other elected officials who share our commitment to accountability in public service.
