About

We are citizens, former employees, NHS professionals, and members of the Welsh public. We tried the proper channels. They failed. This is who we are and why we will not stop.

The Campaign for Responsible Leadership in NHS Wales is an independent, non-partisan initiative. We are citizens, former employees, NHS professionals, and members of the Welsh public united by a single conviction: the people who lead our most important public institutions must be held to the standards that their mission demands.

Who We Are

Citizens, former employees, NHS professionals, and members of the Welsh public — united by the conviction that the people who lead our most important institutions must be held to the standards their mission demands.

What We Believe

Public money demands public accountability. Leaders who fail must face consequences. People who speak up must be protected, not punished. These are not radical ideas — they are the minimum the people of Wales should expect.

What We Will Do

Publish the truth. Demand accountability. Build a coalition of supporters. Pursue every legitimate mechanism — disclosures, FOI requests, legal avenues, and sustained public pressure — until the leadership of DHCW changes.

Press & Media

Everything a journalist needs to cover the story — key facts, killer quotes, programme failure data, source documents, and contact details. Ready to use.
